Lighroom Preset not applying to the image but preview is working

Hello All, 

When I am previewing a preset it is showing the chanegs in the main window and after applying the preset if i drag the cursor to the main window and the changes are not showing which is applied by the preset. confused. I checked the setting could not find anything. I did check switching between before and after too.

Thank you but seems like a version issue 12.1. i downgraded to 12 and it started working as normal with no changes from me.

I doubt it. Version 12.1 works fine on my Mac, and there would be scores of similar complaints if this was a bug in version 12.1.
