Lighroom shows blank white image in the Develop Mod

In the Develop Mod of Lightroom, the main image shows blank white.  Enlarging, using 'F' the normal image appears.

An Adobe agent, 3rd one, had me install an older version of Lightroom, and it worked!  He said version 11.4.2 coming out should be the trick.  The response to this issue has been great.  Thank you.  8/1/22 4:30 pm MDST

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
