Lightroom開くとローカルカタログが損傷しています。

となり復元方法を試していますができません。わかりやすく教えていただげませんでしょうか！？

Do you have a recent backup of this catalog file?

If so, close Lightroom Classic and then:

Step 1 — locate the damaged file on your hard disk somewhere (it's name ends with .LRCAT)

Step 2 — copy the backup (copy and paste, not cut and paste) and paste it into the folder found above.

Step 3 — open Lightroom Classic
