Lightroom 13 doesn't recognise camera anymore

Since a couple of weeks my system doesn't recognise my camera anymore.
Apple Photo and Canon Eos Utility 3 recognise my camera (Canon Eos R5) instantly when connecting it through the USB C port but Lightroom 13.x doesn't show the camera.
It's a PIA to download the shots though the Eos Utility and then import them from disk in Lightroom

Same issue on my Macbook Air M2.

Karel.

I have this same problem, the latest update has stopped my lightroom classic recognising the camera and lens. I use a windows PC though. The previous update added it and all was working wonderfully so this is very frustrating.

" I have this same problem."

No, you don't. This thread is about a MAC-specific issue, and (as far as I can tell from your other post) you aren't having a problem importing files.
