I purchased Lightroom 6 and Photoshop Cs6. Had my computer reimaged and now I cannot reinstall the software. I contacted Adobe customer service and they directed me here. I have a Mac and am using MacOS Monterey. Does anyone know how I can re-install this software?

You may be at a dead-end if the goal is reinstalling either; the activation servers are gone/disabled.

Also, the installers were not 64-bit, Monterey doesn't support 32-bit. Just to install, you'll need a much older OS that supports 32-bit. Can your Mac even boot into say Mojave? If so, boot that OS and try the installers but again, activation may be another issue. Once installed, both applications themselves are 64-bit and if you an activate them, they would run (with some issues).
