Do you still have the application installed on your previous computer?

If so simply sign out from the application to deactivate before you uninstall.

I didn't aware that I need to sign out before reinstall the program and I can't do it again now...

Now the lightroom said my serial no. is already in use by the max allowed computer, and I have no way to deactivate that
