Lightroom 6 license

Hi, I'm getting a notification that I would be using an app without a license. I bought Lightroom 6 on CD years ago and now all of a sudden after years I get this message. How can this notification be disabled?

You will not get any help from Adobe for Lightroom v6 (old perpetual version). Your only chance is to confirm your Serial Number is legitimate by a chat with Support and provide your purchase details, and be lucky that they might be willing to help.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot to reach a human voice.

It is known that illegal copies of Lr6 were distributed on disc, only to be discovered years later as invalid licences.
