Hi I have just installed LR6 on a new computer, had to jump through hoops with the codes but got there in the end, but now when i import images it tells me that it cannot open them. This has happened before and was sorted by remote access but that choice appears to have been discontinued. Is there a quick fix for thiis?
Cheers, Peter.

Which camera type do you use? Which exact LR 6 version do you have installed?
It seems that the RAW format of your camera doesn't support by LR 6
Cameras supported by Camera Raw
Here you'll find the installations files for the latest version of LR 6 (6.14)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Please be patient, the downloads can take several minutes to start and can proceed slowly.
I'll recommend to save the download files on an USB stick, hard drive or CD/DVD, but it isn't sure how long these links are available.

Adobe has stopped supporting LR 6. You can't get support from Adobe anymore.
