Lightroom adds big bezels to new 14/16" MacBook Pro

I have a new M1 Max 16" MBP and when I go to Lightroom it blacks out the menu bar, as well as putting very thick bezels on the sides. Why is it doing this? Even when not in full screen mode.

1. Please post a full-resolution screenshot of your entire screen.

2. Do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste here the first ten lines so we can see exactly which versions you're running.
