Lightroom Brushstroke not working

I updated Lightroom this morning and now my brushstroke has ceased to work. It lets me select the tab and make changes within it, but it won't let me actually make any brushstrokes on the photo I'm editing.

Anyone else having this issue?

Lightroom or Lightroom Classic? Please clear this up, and provide version NUMBERs of your software and operating system.
