Lightroom camera Profiles

Hello, I have a problem with camera profiles in Lightroom. I have download am vsco camera profile to Lightroom, but the problem is, that Lightroom don’t see that profile. When I try to Download it one more time, Lightroom shows, that profile have alredy downloaded. How can I fix that problem? Thank you!

Are you looking in the correct place? Not presets, on the left, but profiles on the right!

Is the image in question taken on the camera the  profile is for? Those are often camera specific.
