Hi, guys I have been trying different methods of color management but still can't figure out the problem.
because of the green tint, my images display the wrong colors. I have selected a medium grey option for the background but it doesn't look like grey.

That's a bad monitor profile.
Use a calibrator to make a new profile, or if you don't have one, use sRGB IEC61966-2.1 as a temporary measure. It won't be entirely accurate, but better than a broken profile. If your monitor is a wide gamut model, use Adobe RGB instead.
You do this in Windows:

First of all - I see here is that you have an Intel Iris Xe GPU. That's a pretty marginal GPU for any Adobe application nowadays, and it could easily be the problem right there. You really need something better. Try to disable it in Preferences and see if the issue goes away. Then you know it's the GPU.
I spot "XYZLUT" in your profile name there. I don't know where this profile comes from, but I seem to remember DisplayCAL named profiles this way.
It's known that table-based (LUT) monitor profiles can be problematic in some circumstances. Simple matrix-based profiles are always much safer. LUT profiles are supposedly more accurate, but they are also much bigger and more complex, and the "presumed" higher accuracy is really not needed. It usually creates more problems than it solves.
Also make sure your profiles are made to the version 2 specification, not version 4. Same argument.

Hi, can you guide me on how to choose the best profile and version?
I have a Gigabyte laptop with Intel iris GPU and Nvidia GPU.
These are the panel options from the Gigabyte control panel, the D6500 profile is from Gigabyte.
If I turn off the panel option, the screen will turn to a green tint

Do you have a Monitor Calibrator such as a Datacolor SpyderX, an Xrite ColorChecker Display Pro, ETC?

Just a bit of context adding to Jao's post (which for some reason ended up below this one):
The problem with laptops is very often that the manufacturers add extra "helpful" layers beteen the user and the operating system. That usually just causes problems, and makes troubleshooting very complicated and confusing. This is much simpler in a basic desktop where you can go straight to the OS functions.
I would suggest that you ignore any Gigabyte control panels. Go straight to Windows color management. Throw out everything Gigabyte has added for display profiles. This is most likely what's causing the problems.
Until you get a calibrator, the default display profile in Windows will be sRGB IEC61966-2.1. If there is no other profile, this will be used. That's fine for a standard gamut display. For a "traditional" wide gamut display, set Adobe RGB, and for a P3 wide gamut display, set Image P3.
Again, do this in Windows, not Gigabyte's various controls.

What you want to do is delete the LQ173 etc profile from the monitor's color management properties panel. Then restart your applications and see if it still shows the incorrect tint.

You'll have noiticed that the blue in the links in your screen print are the wrong colour too.
