Lightroom catalogs files are greyed out and cannot be opened.

Hello,

As the title states I'm starting to run into this issue with about 30% of my Lightroom catalogs...After exiting the program I'll be unable to open via the Catalog file again because I'll have the following error as shown in this screenshot:

The only current workaround/solution is opening the Catalog from within LRC via "Open Recent Catalog" however, if the Catalog was not opened recently even going into File -> Open Catalog results in the error and it cannot be opened at all.

Restarting doesn't help, emptying the trash does not help, and no other instance of Lightroom or any other Adobe program is running while trying to open these catalogs.

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm on Mac Monterey 12.6.
