i downloaded the latest version but it doesn't respond.I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists, how to fix?
Do you mean you can't even open Lightroom Classic? Or does it open and then stop working? Please provide details. If there is an error message, please quote the exact complete unedited word-for-word error message.

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.
