In the last week or so LR has been extremely slow. Everything has a lag and today there is up to a 10 second delay when switching to crop tool.
Eg: Grid view /select an image / R for crop tool / 5-10 second wait for tool to appear. This should happen instantaneously. Even if it is an image that I have just cropped when I go back to it it is no better.
It's really bad and I am not sure how to isolate the problem to see if it's my iMac. It's almost unusable.
I'm not prepared to install the recent update because I've heard that it is not stable enough yet.
Thanks for any insight.
