Lightroom Classic 11.1 update is locking up my system and more problems on Windows

Lightroom Classic as of 12-17-21 update is locking up my system and more problems. & Images aren't retaining their metadata.

Please backup your presets prior to resetting the preferences.

How do you mean I should back up my presets?

I have presets from Photoshop, Lightroom, Luminar and Topaz...
