Lightroom Classic 12.0.1 very slow to respond after recent update

Ever since I updated to the new version of Lightroom Classic (12.0.1) my right- click in the library module is extremely slow to respond. It seems to respond as expected in the Develop module.

My LRCAT is on my C: drive.

I have cleared up a large portion of my hard drive, I have 182GB free space.

Dell XPS 15 9510, 11th Gen Intel Core i7011800H @ 2.3 GHz

16.0 GB RAM

Windows 11 Home
