Lightroom classic 12.4 crashing

Hello everyone.

Is anyone else having issues with Lightroom Classic 12.4 crashing? Even having trouble with Lightroom classic working with Photoshop 24.7? I am also having issues with Lightroom classic freezing, shutting down unexpectantly on my HP windows 10 laptop recently (becoming more frequently within the past 2 months). I am having an issue with Lightroom classic loading up with the current catalog (that has been using at load up), asking for another catalog at times?  I am also losing all my user presets, even as today with my new ones I had to make again. Is anyone else experiencing this? My Lightroom is up to date. Is this a complete removal and reinstall that will have to be performed? Thank you for any insight anyone has for this problem.

Crashing during what actions in Lightroom Classic? Please be very specific and detailed.

Please provide the first 25 lines or so of Help->System Info so we can see what your hardware configuration is.
