Lightroom Classic 13.01: 3-dot popup menu in Masks section pops up in secondary monitor, not primary. It didn't used to do that, and I can't make it pop up in the primary monitor next to the 3-dot menu, as it used to.

This makes it very awkward for demos on Zoom, for example, and it slows the work flow when using a stylus.
