Lightroom Classic 13.1.2 Develop Issue

Running LRC 13.1.2 on MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.1.2

When I try to make any adjustment on a photo in the Develop panel the photo closes. LRC is still open but I get the message "No Photo Selected" in the Develop window.

Closed all applications, rebooted the laptop and the problem repeated.

Anyone seen anything similar or found a workaround?
