Lightroom Classic 13.3 - Denoise function flicks to black & creates a black image

Hi all,

I'm running Lightroom Classic 13.3 on Windows 11 and a new laptop - The Denoise function has been fine and working quickly with no issues for the last few weeks. But yesterday when you load it, it flicks to black on the enhanced preview and then generates a black image.  I've checked that I'm on the latest version of Lightroom, which I am.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this bug?  Screenshot attached.

Many thanks,

Nick

It could be that the portion of the photograph the AI DeNoise is showing is dark, is black.

What happens if you click and drag on the preview.

For that matter, what if you click on the + symbol, thereby zooming out in the preview

Thanks for the reply, but that's not it.

Zoomed out the image is entirely black, however when you zoom in you can see the image. And if you proceed to 'enhance' the new image output is black throughout.

Please upload the original raw image and the enhanced DNG to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here. That will help us narrow down whether the issue is inherent in Denoise or something particular to your configuration.
