Lightroom Classic 14.1.1 does not save color profile with preset

Hello!

I found an issue where LR does not change the custom color profile when a preset is applied to a RAW file. I have the profile as a part of the preset and I have to remember to change it manually which is a bit annoying. My older version worked fine but I had to upgrade due to a new computer and found this bug. I even tried creating a new preset with the said profile, which doesn't work either. I can change the profile just fine in the profile browser. Anyone else came across this issue and has a solution?

Thanks!

Hey, @feelda303. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Are you working with RAW, or JPG images? Before you create a preset, apply the color profile you wish to use > Create new preset > make sure 'Treatment & profile' is selected.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

@feelda303, in Develop's Presets panel, right-click the preset and do Show In Finder. That will open Finder with the preset's .xmp file selected. Attach that file to your reply here.
