Hello,

Prozessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.59 GHz

Ich weiß aktuell leider nicht mehr weiter. Zuvor liefen beide Programme immer problemlos.

Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte.

Danke schon mal!:)

Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community. I'd help you figure this out.

Is there an error or popup on the screen? There are vast reasons why apps crash without any popups or errors. We need to pinpoint the issue.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to backup.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

  • Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
  • You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter '%APPDATA%\Adobe
  • Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2022 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2022. old)

Try to reset Lightroom Classic's preferences by following the steps in this article (I prefer using method 2): https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

If the crash persists, open Event Viewer from Windows Search.

  • Go to Windows Logs > Application Logs & look for Error & Warning logs.

  • Share the log related to Lightroom Classic or Photoshop's crash instance with us.

Please keep us posted on how it goes from here. Thanks!
