Lightroom classic catalog gives me different exposure when open on my computer

I have been facing an issue where my editor sends me lightroom catalouge with the edited pictures and when I open it it gives me diffrent reading on exposure but not on all files. attedched is an example. also the histogram reads abit diffrently although the settings are the same.

both runing same version of lightroom and both are macos
any help would be appricated.

Top image looks to be a smart preview, bottom original (not smart preview)
