Lightroom classic cloud issue (windows)

Hi!

I just subscribe my lightroom plan (still in 7day trial period). But I have issue with my Lightroom classic cloud. It said that it trying to connect with server. I already re-install the app for multiple times but still doesn't work. I saw multiple thread regarding this issue but I cannot find the newer one. Anyone can help me with this issue?

We can use the diagnostic report to learn more about this. In Lightroom Classic, go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync Tab > Press and hold the ALT/OPT Key to generate a Diagnostic report. Upload the report to any cloud file-sharing service and share the link here, or send it to me in a direct message from my profile.

 

You can also check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and see if the page works. Also, test by disabling any VPN or firewall apps and services that can control how your computer connects to the Internet.
