Lightroom Classic Collection to Slideshow Order keeps changing

I have been making slideshows from collections, but today when I go to the Collection (in LR classic) and click on slideshow the order is fine, then when I click on "Create Saved Slideshow" the order of the photos changes!  Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello,

Yes! You have to go to the Library Module, scroll down to Collections, select your saved slideshow and select Custom Order.

The order should then be the one you created.

Well that took a lot of Googling! Thanks for the correct answer at long last Ricky336. To summarise, whenever you save a slideshow using the 'create a slideshow' menu at top of slideshow module it will always re-order the slides into the captured time. As Robertakayne says, you MUST then go back to the Library Module and select the slideshow you have just created, which is now in the incorrect capture date order and shown accordingly at the bottom. Now change that to Custom Order and LR miraculously resorts them to the custom order you first created! All a bit flakey for the unititiated!
