When I want to select the teeth of an entire group and I go to > Create Mask > Select People > All People and then select Teeth I get a terrible unusable mask. But if I go in an manually select each person lightroom detects one by one the mask is fine. It would save some time to not hae to manually select each one and just do all, but the all people doesnt make good mask when selecting teeth. Its been that way since day one of this feature and hasn't gotten any better over time. Seems like there is some kind of bug preventing the proper mask to be created when using all people. Is there any reason why this should work this way?
Thanks!

Its a huge problem for me and now if i copy teeth, eye edits to another picture it puts all the masks on 1 person in the group. That part did not used to happen. Would be amazing if this worked properly

I also have a problem with the teeth mask, it is almost unusable because it doesn't select all the teeth of the single person neither all the teeth if I have more people in the picture.

Without sample photos, Adobe is unlikely to pay much attention to the issue. Please attach here full-resolution JPEGs exported from the unmodified original photos (not screenshots).

Sure!
Here there's an example with different cases in one picture:
Cannot attach the file because it's a 45MPx and its size is about 33MB, so here's a link to download it: LINK
I can attach the mask result (it's a screenshot) after my editing process.
I hope it will serve our purpose.

Interesting. I see the same misbehavior when I select People > All People and then check just Teeth:
But as the original poster noted, it does a very good job of selecting teeth (and not gums) when you select each Person in turn and check Teeth:

Yes, but I can set only the mask for all people in a preset, so it's useless and it makes me loose a lot of time checking every time the teeth mask for every picture.

The issue is still present, the teeth mask for all subjects still don't work.

@Rikk Flohr: Photography, please consider moving to Bugs. I still observe the same misbehavior:
