Lightroom Classic display and random freeze issues

Hi everyone,

 

I've been having recurring issues over the past few weeks, as described in the subject. After a couple of minutes of simple edits of any kind (exposure, contrast, curves, anything really), I encounter issues with the display and random lockups that do not resolve without a force-kill in task manager. The issue can also occur while using any of the AI tools, such as denoise. Image of the display issue attached. Not sure what has changed, or if anyone else has experienced anything similar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You've got the latest graphics driver installed (24.1.1). 

 

Next troubleshooting steps to narrow down the issue:

 

1. Try disabling LR's use of the GPU by setting Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off, and by following these instructions:

2. If that doesn't help, try unplugging the second display.

 

3. If that doesn't help, quickly test if the color profile assigned to the remaining display is incompatible with LR:

Thank you for actually looking at the system info, and more than just the
standard "update" drivers response. I've kept them updated religiously, as
well as keeping lightroom up to date. This issue cropped up shortly after
the most recent update to lightroom, and I suspect something in the new
code just isn't playing nice with things, here.

I have tried your suggested solutions, and had no luck. I think my current
path forward is actually a step back to a previous version, until the next
lightroom update, and hope it resolves the issue.
