lightroom classic does not open

Hello. I am trying to open lightroom on my computer and the software is not responding, I have tried restarting the computer and also uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works, I need help with this. Thank you

Does this mean that you click on a LrC startup shortcut, and absolutely nothing happens. Or do you see a screen that goes away?

If the later, can you take a video capture

And can you post in a reply a screenshot using either Windows File Explorer, or MACOS Finder, the files and folders in the folder your catalog is in?
