Once again LRC email is screwed up. Now it cannot connect to server. What are the steps to try and fix this
recurrent problem?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

and not Windows 7 (or filthy dirty word 8) so not that (TLS version)

Nothing to do with your problem, I think, but a very old GPU, no longer supported, not 4K and beyond, GPU driver v391.25, a newer one exists v391.35, but that is four years old. I would NOT in the preferences set the option to use Graphics Processor on, you probably can not, as non 4K it will be of no value, and on this old GPU it may make performance and dependability worse.
I suspect the AI Sky mask fails??

What is your e-mail provider?
Not a champ of photos via e-mail. Coming from a Info Tech Manager experience, would use a photo share like Smugmug, and e-mail link to whoever as opposed to attachment. But at any rate,
