Lightroom classic edit icon showing without changing anything

Hello everyone
My Lightroom classic edit icon showing without changing anything. Any one khown how to fix it.
My step is just click on that photo without edit something the the edit icon +/- will showing. I would like it to shown when i edit somthing like whitebalace or exposure .

Check that you are not applying a develop preset on import.
