Lightroom Classic extremely slow on m2 pro 12 core and 32 gb ram

Good morning I'm writing to you to understand how it is possible that a Mac mini m2 pro with all specs maxed out and 1 tb ssd with Lightroom classic is exactly as slow and clunky as a basic Mac mini m1 with 8 gb ram and 256gb ssd. I just changed the Mac specifically so that I could have an improvement in performance both overall and specifically with Lightroom which was starting to drive me crazy, I was blaming it on low ram so I made the change. Well going from 8 to 32gb the substance is the same if I export a little more than 200 jpgs, from 3500px long side the program slows down like hell and I can't keep using it while exporting and to export it still takes several minutes 4 or 5 for just 200 jpgs . Besides that it is slow and jerky to switch between photos, slow to make changes to various parameters, in short a nightmare.
Is this the case for everyone or are there problems? What should I look at and possibly correct? Thank you very much

Open the LrC Performance Preference tab and check that the GPU is set to Auto AND that the system is actually using 'Full Acceleration'. I've attached a screenshot indicating where to look. Report back with what you find.

Thank you but it is set this way from the beginning, what else could it be?

Lr Classic, Lr Desktop and Camera raw all test the GPU for compatibility when the applications are launched. Occassionally, the test fails with the result that the GPU is set back to Off or more usually 'Limited Acceleration'. Since GPU accelerated export depends on 'Full Acceleration', then anything less will result in the export process will use CPU rather than GPU + CPU.

Do you have a virus checker app or any apps like 'CleanMyMac' installed?

Okay I somehow solved it... I turned graphics acceleration off, turned it off and back on, lightroom asked me if I wanted to turn graphics acceleration on to improve performance and magically now it works better... It's not lightning fast but it runs better than before...
