Lightroom classic fails creating a panorama preview

I try to create a multi-row-panorama since the last couple of days but i run into the same issues every time.

What i do step by step:

1. I choose my pictures, they are around 45 in 3 rows. All shot on 200mm with my canon eos r5, so every image has a size of 45MP.

2. Ichoose the merge as panorama option and lightroom starts creating a preview. This is very fast in the beginning and uses ca. 30-40% of my CPUs processing power and 60-80% of RAM.

3. In ca the middle of creating the preview, Lightroom seems to stop the process and the system usage drops to nearly idle exept for the RAM.

4. Nothing happens from here, it justs sits there doing nothing i guess.

Any ideas how i could get this to work? I've seen other photographers do it with similar data-sizes and also in Lightroom and it was slow but worked.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
