Im running Lightroom Classic latest version in Windows 11.
When i right-click a file to "Show in Explorer" i get a quick pop-up screen that has an error message that iI cannot read because it disapears too quickly.
All my files are GOOD and are either *.psd or *.cr2 files.
The same problem happens with bridge!
My Windows 10 version of Lightroom and Bridge work just fine.
This thread reports the same error message on a Bee Link and contains a workaround:

Does this happen whether or not File Explorer is already running?

Make a full-resolution screen recording (not a phone video):
https://www.descript.com/blog/article/how-to-screen-record-on-windows
Then you should be able to play back the video frame-by-frame with the Windows video player and see what the message says. Post the screen recording here (keep it short, under 47 MB).

Also:
1. Go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync.
2. Hold down the Alt key and click Generate Diagnostic Report. Click Show In Explorer when it finishes.
3. Double-click the selected .zip.
4. Open the folder "LrSyncDiagnostic".
5. Double-click the file "lrsync_log.html" to open it in your browser.
6. Copy and paste here the entire section "Lightroom Classic Console Log". That section will sometimes contain internal error messages not displayed to users (errors that have nothing to do with sync).

It also happens in Bridge.
I'm running Creative Cloud Bridge in Windows 11 on a BeeLink SER8
I open a folder containing a lot of camera files (*.cr2).
If I select and file, right click on it and select "Reveal in Explorer" a black screen pops up and quickly disappears.
I have managed to find the error message that makes no sense. Here it is
term 'C:\Windows\OEM\Explorer.ps1' is not recongnized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or a program.
The path does not even exist.

I have the exact same problem on a new Bee Link SER8 but there is no C:\Windows\OEM folder on my computer. So the workaround posted in the Reddit post will not work. It happens in Lightroom Desktop and Bridge. Any ideas on how to fix?

And you checked to make sure that a pop under instance is not occurring,. That is to say the message disappeared underneath whatever LrC was showing?

Yes. Of course.
