Lightroom classic freezes after pushing the develop tab

Lightroom classic lässt sich öffnen aber friert ein sobald ich auf den "Entwickeln" Tab klicke.

Wenn ich auf den Drucken Tab klicke friert das Programm nicht ein.

Generell ist die Performance extrem schlecht.

Grafiktreiber sind wie empfohlen auf die nötigsten reduziert, repariert und aktualisiert.

Programm wurde mittlerweile dreimal de- und wieder neuinstalliert (inklusive creative cloud).

In die Voreinstellungen komme ich nicht mehr - auch dann friert LR classic ein.

LR lief vorher. Erst nachdem man mir eine Zahlungserinnerung zusandte habe ich diese Probleme.

(Habe nach Erhalt der Erinnerung umgehend bezahlt und mir wurde angeblich trotzdem 30 Tage on top gutgeschrieben)

Habe ich nur nichts von weil LR so nicht nutzbar und auch mein Laptop in der Performance extrem hakt sobald ich LR öffne .

As a first troubleshooting step, do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.

Thanks for the advice, but it doesn't help.

I can still only do two mouse-clicks in the programm (lightroom) . the third click brings the app to crash (loading infinity--> next try to click something greys the app out / no response).

So i can only click on "help" then on "system information". that's it.

I assume that you have set Lightroom to German language.

Press Ctrl + W to open Voreinstellungen (Preferences), click on the Leistung (performance) tab, then turn the GPU off.

This should require two mouse clicks. Then press Enter to confirm and close the dialog.

In case you have the language set to English, press Ctrl + comma to open the Preferences.

With the GPU off, you will hopefully be able to access the system info.
