Lightroom Classic - images blurry on Zoom

Lately, when I'm using Lightroom Classic v11.31, when I zoom in on a file, the zoomed image is blurry and pixelated. Sometimes after repeated attempts it will zoom in clear, but it makes editing almost impossible.

I've tried it with and without the Geforce RTX 3060 Ti enabled. I have a max cache size of 10 gb. I have "use smart previews enabled".

Any help is appreciated.

In a first step please try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic:   https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

I have "use smart previews enabled".

Smart Previews are low resolution dng copies of your original - 2560 max on the long side. Assuming a 2:3 image, that's 4.4 MP, probably far smaller than your camera's Raw output. SPs may process quickly, but they are not suitable for zooming.
