Lightroom Classic not loading

I just switched from Lightroom CC to Lightroom Classic and I copied and pasted some Presets to use. I went to close the program and restart it to load them in but now I'm getting the "spinning wheel of death" and the program won't load. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and it's still not loading. I've also tried to Option+Shift (I'm on a Mac) to reset the preferences, but when I do that it also gives me the spinning wheel of death and ultimately doesn't load. 

Any helpful suggestions?
