Lightroom Classic not syncing photos with Lightroom Mobile

I am having an issue with Lightroom Classic syncing. Right now it's showing 4,000 photos syncing, while only a 1,000 are actually in my Synced Photographs folder. I also went onto Lightroom Web and deleted any photos out of there in case it was bogged down. Normally I can just quit Lightroom Classic and reopen it and it jump-starts the syncing process again, but I've quit the program about 5 times now and it's still not recognizing what photos to sync. Any ideas? Attaching photos of what I'm talking about.

I have had an Adobe case open since mid-April...unfortunately no solutions have been offered.
