You need to provide some more information:

  • Exact version of LrC you are using
  • Are you talking about the Page Setup or the Printer Setup of the Print Module.
  • What printer are you using; what is the connection to the computer; can you print to it from another application?

Hi,

In response to you questions:
Lrc version 11.0.1
The issue is related to the Print Module. In Print module once I click Print button to print my photograph Lrc shuts down (no print) and creates an error report which I send to Adobe
I’m suing Canon PIXMA pro 200 connected wifi
I can print from other applications - I printed this email
A search on on the web yielded a recommendation from Canon to un-install and re-install the printer driver. This did not help.  I've also seen recommendations to turn on GPU and to create a new catalog. Would you recommend these actions?

Thanks for your help.

I'm not saying you are not doing this already, but I'd suggest reviewing the steps for printing from LrC. This includes using PAGE SETUP and PRINTER SETUP. See https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/lightroom-classic/help/printing-photos-basic-workflow.html

I follow Adobe's recommend workflow. I have un-installed and re-installed the printer. I have tried turning off GPU use.  I was able to print a couple of times yesterday, but again today I can't. As soon as I press Print Lrc closes.
