Lightroom Classic removed from installed Apps requiring to "BUY NOW" - HELP

Fired up the computer and found Lightroom Classic was not included in my installed apps. and is trying to get me to purchase again. Anyone else have this issue? How to fix?

Did you try to sign out and back in with your AdobeID?

Are you on Mac or Windows - you selected both.

I saw that recently as well. A computer restart solved it.
