Lightroom Classic reverts to using lower case for import destination

I have had the situation where my Catalog is in \\DJMAY-NAS\dj\ (upper case) and Lightroom imported to \\djmay-nas\dj\ (lower case). I fixed with help from this forum.

I did an import today and Lightroom imported to the lower case destination. Lightroom does not even show an option for the upper case designation, which has been in use since 2012.

How do I stop this from happening? Screenshots below.

search the forum for Capitalization errror. It might be spelled Capitalisation in some posts in this forum.
