Lightroom Classic se bloquea muy a menudo en Windows 10.

Desde la última actualización Lightroom Classic se bloquea prácticamente cada vez que edito una nueva fotografía. No encuentro respuesta o solución alguna en los foros de Adobe. Mi portátil tiene una memoria RAM de 16 Gb y más de 300 Gb. de espacio libre en la SSD. Se bloquea tanto durante la edición como al aumentar al 100% la imagen en pantalla.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.

So, from that:

  • You have a integrated video controller, Intel UHD Graphics, with driver (Windows Store) version 31.0.101.2114 (released in 2022)
  • You apparently do not have a dedicated/discrete Graphics Processing Unit with VRAM
  • In LrC /preferences/performance/ you have the option to use graphics processor set to Automatic.
  • I suspect this is a laptop

 

I do not know what Intel CPU you have, so a bit of an issue at Intel to determine what the current driver for that Intel UHD Graphics would be.

Two things to check/try

 

  • In LrC /preferences/performance/ turn the use graphics processor OFF

Apagado el uso del procesador de gráficos en Preferencias y actualizados
los controladores, el problema de bloqueo sigue existiendo y con mucha
mayor frecuencia. El bloqueo se produce, especialmente, al clicar sobre la
imagen para aumentarla en pantalla, tras lo que no cabe otra solución que
salir del programa y reiniciarlo.
Resulta inquietante que ese bloqueo haya aparecido inmediatamente después
de la última actualización de LrC. Hasta ese momento todo iba perfectamente
incluso con largas sesiones de edición.
¿Sería una opción a considerar la reinstalación del programa de nuevo? ¿Hay
alguna forma de hacerlo sin perder los presets instalados o guardados?
