Lightroom Classic Second display doesn't update

When I make changes to an image in Lighroom Classic, the second display window doesn't update the changes made.  Sometimes it will only update when I have another change to the image.  When it does this it updates to last change not the current one.  Kind of useless to have this feature which used to work.

PC Windows 10 Pro 64bit.  Lightroom Classic 10.0

Narrowed the problem down to just the crop tool.  The second display will not up date any crop until after you have changed tools or hit "Done".  Even then, sometimes it doesn't show the new crop.  Have tried changing GPU settings, but to no avail.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
