I am using Lightroom Clssic 11.2 release on a Windows 10 machince. The synce is not progessing. The small blue wheel moves but never progessing past 167 photos to sync. On the little cloud icon there is a "!" as on my Lightroom there is not.. My Lightroom is sync and upto date.

Looked at a few articles in the FAQ section, no solutions.

Any help??

Mike

Hi Mike,

We're sorry for the trouble experienced with Lightroom sync. How are you syncing the files? Did you try changing the connection? Is there any particular file format that you're not able to sync? Make sure you are signed in with the same Adobe email id on the Lightroom versions. Also, check this article to verify the correct sync workflow: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-classic/how-to/sync-photos-lightroom-mobile.html

If yes, please go to lightroom.adobe.com to check which all images are synced to the cloud.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks.

One option with stuck sync is to rebuild the data.

Go to Preferences in the Edit menu. Choose Lightroom Sync. Hold down the Alt key. Click the Rebuild Sync Data button that appears.

It's not a defintite fix, but it can help.

Are those photos showing in the Lightroom Sync tab? This should show any errors that are being encountered.

Also, wanted to let you know that my Lightroom is sync and uptodate with the same amount of photos. The error is only in Lightroom Classic.
