Windows 11, LRC sync shows that it is syncing 2203 files but no change in days. In Creative Cloud it shows that sync is complete and sync is c:\users[user id]. There was a LRC failure that showed a corupted catalog. I followed the prompts to recove the catalog and other files seem ok. In edit>preferences>lighrroom sync seems to be correct. I have restarted LRC but no change.

Hey @LarryK41. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I'll help you figure this out.
Lightroom's Sync database is separate from the Creative Cloud File sync. Please check Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to check the current sync status.
Please add screenshots & system info the Sync does is still now working.
