Lightroom classic unable to install on Apple

I just purchased my Photoshop+Lighroom plan. While everything went good installing photoshop, Lightroom classic fails after 90%. I've tried previous versions like the 13.0 but the story is the same. From the Creative cloud i could not install Lightroom classic. Does anyone experienced the same problem? I have an Apple m2 max processor

In your copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (ACCDA) , sign out, wait a few minutes, then sign back in. Keep an eye out for any error message or notifications. Then try the LrC install again.

Sometimes ACCDA has hicups.

If that does not help, consider if your antivirus is getting in the way (might be possible with lesser ANTI Virus providers). THis is very uncommon.
