Lightroom Classic ver 12.3 Post-Crop Vignetting not working

Lightroom Classic ver 12.3, in the Develop module, the Effects sub-panel doesn't let me apply a Post-Crop Vignetting in any of the three options - Highlight Priority, Color Priority and Paint Overlay.  The Grain works fine.

Did you note that you need to move the Amount slider away from 0 to activate the other sliders?

Or what exactly does not work?

I knew to meove the Amount slider. I figured out my laptop needed to be restarted and all was good.  Thanks.
