Lightroom Classic version 12.0 Watermark graphic option greyed out and won't accept a graphic

I upddated to Lightroom Classic version 12.0.  All of my watermark options are gone.   I tried to add back my graphic option and all is greyed out.

Is there a setting I am missing to use this option?

LR 12.0.1 was just released today and includes a fix to some graphic watermark issues introduced in LR 12.0 (those issues had somewhat different symptoms than yours).  So as a first step, update to LR 12.0.1 (do Help > Updates).
