I have restarted my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it so it's up to date. It shows it in my task manager but it never loads. I have Wiindows 11. No other tips and tricks on the website have worked.

Need more detail to begin trying to figure it out. Do you have the Creative Cloud app on your computer? Are you using it to uninstall and reinstall? Do you routinely create backups of the catalog?
