Lightroom Classic won't update from 10 to 11

I have two computers, a latop and desktop, both running Mac OS 12. The desktop has updated to LR v11, but the laptop is on 10 whihc means I can't share catalogs between the two. When I go to the Adobe Creative Cloud app on my laptop, it tells me it is up to date.

 

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

PS, I've gone to help/updates and LR tells me that updates have been disabled, perhaps that's the problem?

 

My laptop does meet the minimum system requirements for LR

LATEST

Sometimes sign out of the Creative Cloud app and then sign back in fixes these problems.
